Shipping & Returns
Delivery is FREE to the UK on all orders over £50 and £6 for orders under £50.
IMPORTANT: If you qualify for free delivery by spending over £50 and you return a proportion of your order which brings the original value order under the qualifying amount, you will be refunded the value of your returned goods minus £6 delivery charge.
We usually send via Royal Mail but may use TNT on larger orders.
Usually orders will arrive within 7 days however during stock shortages it can take up to 2 weeks (we will always notify you of any shortages).
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery to Europe is a flat rate of £15.
US and Canada is £25.
Australia is £35.
Orders will be sent via air, sea or road depending on the current available courier.
You may be charger TAX by your own government which will be payable to the courier on delivery of your parcel - please check your governments website for import tax so you don't get any nasty surprises.
International delivery prices may change at any time so please check you are happy with the current price at checkout.
TyneStar* Apparel reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders where delivery to hard to reach areas carries a higher cost or prevents delivery to certain countries and provinces.
Merchandise must be returned within 30days
Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
Sale items can only be exchanged, they are not eligible for a refund.
Sample Sale items are not available for Exchange or a Refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
TyneStar* Apparel does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to email@example.com, before sending the item back
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Merchandise must be returned to exchange within 30days
Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange
Additional postage & packaging will be charged for exchanges to be sent back out. You will be notified via email on the appropriate payment method.
